The River Yoga’s 200 Hour yoga teacher training explores the history, philosophy, anatomy, energies, ethics and business of yoga. You will complete the training with an expanded understanding of yoga, a higher self-awareness and the tools to confidently and safely lead vinyasa yoga classes. Whether or not you choose to teach public classes or simply enrich your understanding of yoga, this training will deliver a well-rounded experience for all. The River Yoga has partnered with HABITAT Pilates + Strength to provide our first-ever 100-Hour Mat Pilates Teacher Training!

This 100-hour mat Pilates certification offers far more than a surface-level introduction—it’s a full immersion into the art and science of Pilates. Unlike other programs that fragment training into multiple costly modules, this course delivers a comprehensive education in one cohesive, thoughtfully designed experience. After graduating, you will know how to intelligently adapt (a.k.a learn how to read the room) to each student’s needs and express your unique teaching voice with clarity and purpose.
