River Flow is a dynamic vinyasa-based practice designed to strengthen the body, focus the mind, and cultivate a deeper connection to self. Expect each instructor to bring their authentic voice, unique sequencing, and personal style to class. Learn to move with intention, find your edge, and practice by listening to your body.

River Sculpt 

Empowering. Challenging. Endurance-Building. 

River Sculpt is a dynamic, 50-minute full-body workout that blends the mindful movement of yoga with strength training and high-intensity cardio bursts. Rooted in intentional movement, this class challenges you to build muscle, boost endurance, and elevate your practice with hand weights, bodyweight exercises, and optional cardio bursts.

River Mat Pilates

Invigorating. Empowering. Strengthening.

Hot Pilates is a dynamic Pilates class designed to build full-body strength and endurance from the inside out. Rooted in core activation and intentional breath, each class challenges your stability, stamina, and control. Expect to incorporate weights and props to intensify the work and build stronger connections within your body. Leave feeling empowered, embodied, and connected to your inner fire.

River Deep Stretch & Meditation 

Grounding. Meditative. Nurturing. 

Deep Stretch & Meditation is a soothing class includes long holds, supported postures and intentional stretches. All movements are aimed at releasing tension, preventing injury and promoting active recovery. Class will include ~15 minutes of seated or supine meditation with some guidance from the instructor. Experience meditation in motion as you nurture your body, mind and spirit.

River Yin 

Transformative. Grounding. Meditative.  

River Yin is a deceptively subtle and highly accessible form of yoga that is valuable for health, rehabilitation, performance, and longevity. A slow pace and long holds are used to lengthen tendons and smooths the facia pathways to increase muscle performance. In a world full of over stimulation and doing, a yin practice can lead to more inner stillness and physical well being.

Children’s Yoga & Mindfulness

Enlightening Minds. Opening Hearts. Empowering Children.

Children’s classes are for ages 4-10, are developmentally appropriate, and are designed to instill the benefits of yoga and mindful movement. Children will playfully and peacefully challenge their bodies and their minds as they build strength, focus, and self-awareness. Expect to leave with greater yoga knowledge, increased confidence and new friends. *Children's drop-off classes always run concurrent to adult classes.
