Join The River Yoga for a special Weekend Immersion led by Giana and Bradshaw, taking place February 6-8, 2026 at The River Yoga in Denver. We’re excited to welcome two influential teachers to our studios for a weekend packed with learning, FUN and practice! 

Whether you’re brand-new to yoga or you’ve been practicing for years, you’re welcome here. Each offering is designed for all levels, no certification or teaching experience required! Come for the whole weekend or choose the sessions that speak to you most.

  • Giana Gambino, CAYA Yoga School

    Giana Gambino (E-RYT 500)

    Giana is a San Francisco–based teacher. Her teaching style is lighthearted yet intentional. She has trained with Jason Crandell, Judith Hanson Lasater, and Janet Stone.

    Bradshaw Wish (E-RYT 500)

    Bradshaw is a Chicago-based teacher with more than 12 years of experience. His teaching bridges is shaped by his studies with Jason Crandell. Bradshaw is known for intentional theming, intelligent sequencing, and signature sass.

    Bradshaw Wish and Giana Gambino honor yoga’s tradition while making space for curiosity and personal expression in the practice. They’ve created an inclusive space for yoga teacher trainings and retreats through C.A.Y.A. Yoga School, which balances discipline, play, reverence, and humor.

THE WEEKEND LINEUP

    Kick off the weekend with a live recording of The Funny Thing About Yoga, an honest, unscripted conversation on the business of yoga. Expect storytelling, behind-the-scenes insights on what it looks like to really make a living as a yoga teacher, and an open Q&A about teaching, building a brand, navigating social media, burnout, boundaries, and creating sustainable offerings.

    Great for: students, teachers, creatives, and anyone curious about the real world behind the mat.

    • 12:30–6:00pm

    • Sunnyside Studio (4055 Inca St, Denver)

    A full-day training designed to refine how you plan, theme, and teach classes.

    Great for: yoga teachers of all levels, trainees, or anyone wanting to deepen their understanding of sequencing. 

    Morning Session:

    • Foundations of intelligent sequencing

    • Creating flows that feel coherent, purposeful, and balanced

    • Reducing teacher burnout with sustainable planning

    • Retention-focused sequencing that helps students grow

    Afternoon Session:

    • Turning one idea into a class, a workshop, or even a series

    • How to build themes that tell a story

    • Creating consistency across your offerings

    • Honoring your own voice while expanding your teaching toolkit

    Join Giana & Bradshaw for a special co-taught masterclass where the podcast hosts bring their signature teaching style to life.

    Expect a playful, connected, and intelligently sequenced practice guided by both Giana and Bradshaw. With two sets of eyes, hands, and perspectives in the room, you’ll receive personalized attention, hands-on assists, and the space to explore your practice more deeply.
