Traveling solo?
Many of our guests arrive on their own. Reserve a quad space and we’ll place you with fellow retreat travelers. It’s one of the most beautiful parts of retreat life — arriving as strangers and leaving as family.
Quad rooms are single-gender.
To keep the vibe comfortable for everyone, quads are currently set aside as women-only. But if you and a few friends are planning a guys’ trip, you can reserve the entire quad together! If you’re a man booking solo, just reach out first so we can confirm availability or suggest another great fit.

Welcome to Casa Zen, an exquisite villa perched up a few meters off the sand and steps away from the gentle waves of the Pacific Ocean. The Ultimate in tropical design, Casa Zen was designed by Mike and Janel Phillips the owners of Sansara to be a place of letting go and relaxation. Casa Zen sits on the edge of the property at Sansara where you will have complete privacy.

La Marea comes with a very large private terrace with a nice view of the surrounding trees along with the sounds and view of the ocean's tide. A peaceful, ocean-view cabaña that blends clean design with effortless comfort. Located directly across from Sansara's yoga shala, this remodeled space is perfect for those seeking serenity and style just steps from the sand.

Cedro Espino is the Spanish name for Spiny Cedar and the perfect name for this tree house inspired second story cabana. Located oceanfront and amongst the treetops, you can enjoy the views from your private balcony; the perfect place to re-establish your connection with nature and watch the sunset paint the sky in a bright array of colors.

This tranquil master bedroom suite is located on the ground floor, and steps away from sinking your toes into the warm black sand. Inside this beautiful cabana includes one king bed (can be two twins), and a handcrafted twin bed for an optional third guest.

Bringing the relaxing and revitalizing atmosphere of the beach to this artfully designed loft cabana; Ranchito is the perfect getaway room for friends or family. The Ranchito cabana is equipped with two king size beds, which can be converted into four twin size beds,

TRAVEL INFORMATION
We suggest all guests arrive in Panama City (PTY) on Saturday, April 17. This gives you one day/night to explore the historic district of Panama (Casco Viejo). On Sunday, April 18 the included transportation will pick you up from one of the recommended hotels in Casco Viejo, see below, to proceed to Sansara.
Please note: on the return, we suggest also enjoying an extra night in Panama City. If you need to fly out, please book a flight no earlier than 6:00pm on Saturday, April 24. The included transportation on the return, from Sansara to Panama City’s drop off takes place at the same recommended hotels. Airport transportation is not included.

MEET YOUR RESET RETREAT LEADS
Jennifer Jarrett finds refuge in movement, breath, and song. Yoga and breathwork are her anchors—a way to return home to herself, find stillness in the chaos, and cultivate deep connection. Teaching since 2007, she has studied extensively with Rusty Wells, Saul David Raye, and Stephanie Snyder, blending Bhakti yoga’s heart-centered devotion with her obsession for breath as a tool for transformation.
She loves training teachers, leading retreats, and holding space for others to awaken to their own power. But she feels most alive exploring the world and soaking in everyday magic with her two vibrant daughters. Her classes are both grounding and uplifting—an invitation to move, breathe, and remember who you truly are.
Danielle Barbeau (she/her) is a lifelong mover, finding her way into a hot yoga studio as a college freshman—and never looking back. More than 20 years later, yoga remains her sanctuary and a source of deep connection. She began teaching in 2012 and quickly found herself at the heart of The River Yoga in Denver, where she is now the owner and CEO.
Specializing in vinyasa and Anusara yoga, Danielle is also a certified pre/postnatal and children’s yoga teacher. She thrives on leading retreats that help people reset and reconnect. Her classes blend breath, movement, focus, and fun—set to music that elevates the experience. Off the mat, she’s usually adventuring with her two young sons in the Rocky Mountains and beyond.

We believe that everyone needs time and space to reset. Jennifer and Danielle strive to give all of our guests space to do what your heart desires. Participate in everything or skip what doesn't resonate.
Think of this as an intentional vacation that is planned for you. You’ll have enough structure that you’ll never be left wondering what’s next, but plenty of space and freedom to do whatever is calling to your body, mind, and heart.
Yoga, breathwork, and meditation/mindfulness practices will anchor your experience, but there is no pressure to do it all and there are zero prerequisites for this experience.
We're grateful to be your guides and ensure you have plenty of opportunities to rest, play, move, and explore.

A complimentary shuttle service from Panama City to Sansara is included in your retreat. A large, air-conditioned, comfortable bus will begin pick-up at sharp 9:00 AM. Pick up is available only fromthe recommended hotels – Magnolia Inn, Central Hotel, American Trade Hotel and Las Clementinas. If you live in Panama, or if you are unable to stay at one of our recommended hotels, you can get on board the shuttle at American Trade Hotel. We would advise you to enjoy a good breakfast and carry water and snacks. We will have the large charter busy with cozy seats, A/C, and windows. It is comfortable. We stop a couple times to let people stretch and use the bathroom. Our trusty driver Romel even brings homemade empanadas from his grandmother :)
Please fly into Panama City at least the day before on Feb. 28. We also encourage you to take advantage of the opportunity to spend a few days exploring Panama City.
Please book your flights to leave no earlier than 6PM on March 7 and strongly suggest booking flights that depart on the next day or later.

Yes. Please make sure that you have a passport that is valid for 6 months after your trip to Panama.

Yes! We are delighted to be able to offer payment plans. We require a $500 non refundable deposit to save your spot. Installments are automatically billed monthly. All guests must be paid in full one month prior to departure.
Once you’ve made your deposit you can expect to hear from us to set up a payment plan or pay your balance in full.

Please note that due to the logistics of planning a retreat we have a strict cancellation policy. All deposits are nonrefundable.
If you notify us via email over 90 days before the Retreat start date that you wish to cancel, we will be able to refund you the value of your registration, minus the non-refundable deposit, ONLY IF we are able to fill your spot with another participant. There are no refunds available, without exception, for any cancellations made within 90 days of the Retreat. Further, no credit or refund will be provided for any other circumstances, including no-shows or late cancellations, or if you must leave the Retreat early.

Absolutely! We believe yoga is for every BODY. Yoga practices will be tailored to the group and your teachers, Jennifer and Danielle, will take an active role in ensuring you are both supported and challenged in your movement practice.

Sansara Surf is our in-house, world-class surf school which offers programs for everyone, no matter whether you are able to swim or not. If you are a beginner wanting to stand up on the board for the first time, an intermediate surfer wanting to increase your wave count or an advanced surfer looking to test your skills on our empty point breaks, you will find the guidance and support you need from our awesome and attentive surf coaching team.
Our coaching methods have been mindfully created for optimal growth and progression, so that you leave Panama’s best surf school, with a strong foundation and framework that will give you the confidence to ride anywhere in the world.
The multiple beach and point breaks of Cambutal, and the endless supply of whitewash and rolling waves in our neighboring surf town of Guanico, provide many opportunities to help you transform into a competent, knowledgeable and empowered surfer.

TRAVEL LOGISTICS
***Please plan to arrive in Panama City on February 28. On the morning of March 1, a comfortable, air-conditioned bus will transport us to Sansara, via paved highways, with an approximate travel time of 5 hours.
For our return journey, we will depart Sansara by bus on the morning of March 7, heading back to Panama City. To ensure a smooth transition, please schedule your departing flights no earlier than 6 p.m. on March 7. Alternatively, you may wish to spend the night in Panama City and arrange your departure for the following day.***
