Libby Ordonez

Libby (she/her) sees yoga as a way to connect with herself and others. Growing up on the East Coast, she was introduced early to yoga and the outdoors by her parents, sparking a lifelong love of movement, stillness, and nature. After college, Libby returned to yoga with deeper intention, drawn not only to its physical aspects but also to the clarity and steadiness it brought. While visiting friends in Denver, she took a class at The River’s Golden Triangle studio and instantly felt at home. A few years later, in 2020, she relocated to Colorado and knew she had found the place where she wanted to continue growing her practice. In 2024, after nearly a decade of self-study and exploration, she earned her 200-hour RYT certification through The River.

Libby’s teaching is rooted in creativity, connection, and growth. Her classes are intuitive, challenging, and thoughtfully crafted to encourage students to listen to their bodies, explore their edges, and embrace new experiences—both on and off the mat. She aims to create a welcoming space where students feel safe to slow down, drop in, and reconnect with themselves and their community. Libby believes yoga is for everyone and that there’s always something new to discover, no matter where you are on your journey.

Outside the studio, you’ll find Libby adventuring with her dog Stevie, soaking in the beauty of Colorado’s mountains, and enjoying live music. She’s grateful for the opportunity to share this practice and to be part of such a supportive, inspiring community.
