Kurt joyce
Kurt (he/him) is a passionate movement and wellness professional with over 500 hours of yoga training. He uses movement as a way to foster a deeper connection to oneself. Kurt offers classes in Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative Yoga, guiding curious individuals to align their physical and energetic bodies. He has a rich background in the yoga community, having served as a teacher, teacher trainer, studio operator, and always as a committed student.
Kurt’s teaching style can be described as informed, considerate, and intentional. His classes are designed to leave participants feeling both present and challenged, blending various aspects of yoga with an emphasis on functional mobility.
Outside of teaching, Kurt is a cat dad who enjoys dancing, spending time in nature and connecting with his queer community!
