JESS CHRISTIN
Jess has been on her yoga journey since college and completed her 200-hour training through CorePower Yoga over 15 years ago. What began as a personal practice quickly evolved into a deep love for teaching and holding space for others.
As a highly intuitive and empathic guide, Jess brings a grounded, heart-centered presence to every class. She is passionate about holistic living and nourishing the mind, body, and soul, and is continually exploring ways to deepen this connection within herself so she can share it with others in an authentic and meaningful way.
Her classes offer a refined balance of strength and softness except dynamic, challenging flows, creative and fluid transitions, and thoughtfully curated playlists that elevate the experience. Above all, she creates space for you to slow down, reconnect inward, and move in a way that feels aligned with your body’s needs.
Jess recently completed her Level 1 Reiki certification and is continuing to explore ways to weave subtle energy awareness into her teaching. Outside of the studio, she enjoys hiking, strength training, cooking nourishing meals, baking sourdough, reading, and spending quality time with close friends
