Jess Yarbrough

Jess Yarbrough (she/her) has been practicing yoga since 2004.  She found her mat as a safe space to breathe and be through seasons of challenge over the years.  She loves sharing the practice with young and old alike.

Jess believes that yoga is healing.  Medicine for the mind, body, and soul. Bringing peace and playfulness into her classes.
She teaches children as well as grown-ups, and always enjoys as students discover the power and presence that comes with the practice of yoga. Her teaching philosophy leads with heart and intention with hopes that each student is able to find their own expression.  Balancing and learning the connection of their mind, body, and soul. Jess has a deep passion for yoga and it comes through in her teaching and life love of community and connection.

Each of Jess’s yoga sessions lends a variety of music, aromas, and lighting throughout class to create an experience of balancing flow and energy.  Creating a grounding space and a place to evolve and grow.  She allows space for each student to breathe and be themselves, and provides options for variations and exploration in her sequences.  Jess has a deep passion for yoga and it comes through in her teaching. Jess is passionate about listening and dancing to music, savoring food, playing with her dog, traveling to new places, and experiencing life’s adventures each and every day.

In Jess’s classes you can expect a deep soulful connection of mind, body, and heart through movement and breath.  She holds space for a peaceful and playful practice.  Certifications: 500RYT, Deep Stretch & Meditation, Yin, LoveYourBrain, Sculpt, and Kids Yoga.
