JENNIFER JARRETT

Jennifer Jarrett (she/her) is a yoga teacher, somatic coach, breathwork facilitator, and devoted student of life who has been teaching since 2006. A reluctant yoga student and teacher at first, Jennifer was called back to the practice again and again — until it rooted itself in her bones and cracked her heart wide open through the path of Bhakti.

Over the years, she’s had the privilege of studying with master teachers who shaped her path, including Rusty Wells, Baron Baptiste, Saul David Raye, Stephanie Snyder, and Janet Stone. These influences — along with two decades of lived practice — inform her soulful, grounded, and heart-forward approach to teaching.

Jennifer’s classes blend precise alignment, intentional breath, devotional movement, and a deep love for the practice. With foundations in vinyasa, Bhakti yoga, and nervous system education, she brings together ancient wisdom and modern science to support transformation from the inside out. She’s passionate about helping students connect to their voice, awaken their intuition, and teach from a place of embodied truth.

She has co-led multiple 200-hour and 300-hour teacher trainings, including several with The River Yoga in Denver and others in San Francisco. Jennifer is also a regular guest teacher and speaker in trainings across the country, where she shares her expertise in Bhakti, somatics, and nervous system-informed teaching.

In addition to teaching classes and trainings, Jennifer co-leads The Reset Retreats with Danielle Barbeau — international retreats devoted to rest, reconnection, and remembering who you are beneath all the noise. She also offers private coaching and mentorship to students, teachers, and seekers of all kinds.

Her classes are a soulful blend of chanting, breathing, movement, nervous system wisdom, and the occasional burst of laughter — all threaded with the devotional spark of Bhakti, the path that continues to guide her home.
