Darla (she/her) has been a dedicated yoga practitioner for more than 15 years. Influenced by her teachers, peers, travels, and environment, she brings a thoughtful approach to teaching with an emphasis on alignment and safety. Her passion for overall health and wellbeing inspires her to help students practice in ways that support the longevity of their yoga journey.

In her classes, students can expect creative, safe sequences designed to motivate, challenge, and connect them more deeply to their practice. With a strong focus on helping students meet their health and fitness goals, Darla strives to create an environment rooted in love, compassion, and curiosity for the art of yoga and all it encompasses.
