BAILEY SMITH

Bailey Smith has been teaching yoga since 2012, after being immediately drawn to the practice in her early 20s and looking for something new and fulfilling. Since then she has trained in a variety of modalities, from meditation and yin to barre. She strongly believes in the power of movement to support the constant ebb and flow of life and conveys this through her teaching. Her yoga classes are alignment-based flows that incorporate meditation and breathwork, providing space for people to feel a greater connection to themselves - mind, body and heart. Outside the studio, Bailey can be found with her family and friends, chasing her 2 sons, or outside on the trail.
