Kendall Ashmore

Kendall began practicing yoga 10 years ago as a way to reconnect with her body and spirituality during some of the most challenging times in her life. Through her lived experience, she came to understand that “the practice only works if you practice.”

By showing up consistently, she not only rebuilt a relationship with herself but also discovered the healing power of community

.A lifelong student at heart, Kendall has completed over 1,200 hours of yoga and massage therapy education. She designs yoga experiences that support nervous system regulation through intentional movement, breathwork, and meditation. With a background in power vinyasa and a love for body mechanics, Kendall creates intelligently designed yoga sequences that prepare and strengthen the body, calm the mind, and support emotional balance.

From mopping the floors to managing people, Kendall has worked just about every role at The River Yoga. You can find Kendall at the Golden Triangle location working as Licensed Massage Therapist or teaching yoga on Tuesdays at the Five Points location.
